Automated Replies on Facebook & Instagram

If you send us a direct message on our Facebook Page or Instagram account, your message may be answered by an automated AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude. The assistant is provided so we can reply to common questions about memberships, hours, and pricing quickly and at any hour of the day. You can always ask to speak with a human staff member, and we will continue the conversation on WhatsApp.

When you message us, we send the text of your message and the message history of that conversation to Anthropic so that Claude can generate a reply. We also store the conversation in our database so the assistant remembers what you've asked. Anthropic processes the message only to generate the reply and does not use it to train its general models (per Anthropic's API data-use terms). We do not share your message with any other third party.

We keep these conversations for up to 90 days. After that, they are automatically deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +20 10 5000 8188, or by following our Data Deletion Instructions.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
