Sheikh Zayed's 2,000 m² Gold's Gym Elite
Gold's Gym Elite opened on Al Mostakbal Street in First Sheikh Zayed in April 2022 and has grown into one of the largest fitness clubs in the Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October area. The club spans 2,000 m² over a full weights floor, a cardio zone, a functional training area and a dedicated ladies-only section.
Every machine on the floor is original Gold's Gym Matrix equipment, and more than 20 certified personal trainers work with members on strength, weight loss, body recomposition and competition prep. We are open every day from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM, which makes us the practical choice for early risers commuting to Cairo and for members training after work.
We serve members across Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, Beverly Hills, Zayed 2000, Al Rabwa, Allegria, Westown and Smart Village, with free on-site parking.

A complete free-weights and machine floor using original Gold's Gym Matrix equipment, with full dumbbell, barbell, rack and plate-loaded ranges.
Cardio zone
Treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, stair climbers and rowers, with dedicated space for warm-ups and conditioning finishers.
Functional & CrossFit area
Rigs, kettlebells, battle ropes, sleds, boxes and open turf for functional, CrossFit-style and athletic training.
Ladies-only area
A fully separate ladies section closed to men, with its own equipment, female coaches and ladies-only group classes.
Spa — sauna, steam & jacuzzi
A full recovery suite with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, included with Gold memberships.

On-site parking for members, with easy access from Al Mostakbal Street and the Zayed 2000 entrance.

Personal training & nutrition
More than 20 certified personal trainers coach one-to-one and in small groups. Every plan starts with a fitness assessment and a goal-based programme — fat loss, muscle gain, strength, rehabilitation or sport-specific preparation. Gold memberships include nutrition consultation sessions so training and diet are planned together rather than separately.

Ladies-only section
Gold's Gym Elite has a genuinely separate ladies-only area — not a shared floor with reserved hours. It is closed to men, staffed by female coaches, and has its own cardio and resistance equipment plus ladies-only group classes. Members training in the ladies section have full access to the spa facilities.
